ECOLOGICAL
For us, ecobuildings are part of a new circular construction economy. We use resources responsibly. This includes the use of ecological and low-pollutant materials and the revitalization of valuable building fabric. For each building, the use of GreenTech is planned digitally and individually. Our portfolio includes photovoltaics, geothermal energy, hydrogen storage, combined heat and power plants, groundwater wells, wastewater heat, air source heat pumps, ice storage and much more. Our ultimate goal is the resource-saving construction of buildings that can be managed in an almost climate-neutral manner.
ECONOMICAL
Living and working in ecobuildings is sustainable and beautiful at the same time. In addition, the construction and ancillary costs are reduced. All these advantages are directly noticeable to users and investors as a matter of course. 1 Through the use of green environmental energies, ecobuildings can be operated in a nearly climate-neutral manner. Additionally, our expertise in digital planning leads to optimal land use, creating practical and livable neighbourhoods. ecobuildings are ahead of their time. They exceed ESG standards (Environmental Social Governance – ESG) and reliably accompany users and investors through the coming decades.
DIGITAL
Digital construction with Building Information Modeling (BIM) brings all data together for our ecobuildings. This creates reliable data bases that accompany and optimize every decision during construction. The data sets are processed by robots in our special plants. The result is serially manufactured components. However, the individuality of the buildings is not lost. Digital construction is up to 50 percent faster and therefore more environmentally friendly. Prefabrication offers cost savings of up to 10 percent compared to conventionally constructed buildings.
ecobuildings are ahead of their time
ecobuildings save costs and time. They also make an active contribution to ecological transformation. This is because they demonstrably save CO² during construction and operation compared with conventional gas and electricity grid supplies through the use of renewable energies. This combination is unique in the market.

This is equivalent to about 3,9 million kilometers or around 4.880 trips from Hamburg to Munich with a diesel truck.
